Unvaccinated · since that period

Freedom is not a choice.
It's a way of living.

A place to read about self-ownership, healthy living and thinking for yourself. It grew out of a time none of us will forget.

Elements

Four elements. One mindset.

The four elements in the emblem stand for four things you need to keep thinking and living for yourself.

01

Fire

Drive

Energy and action. The power to start, even when nobody is watching.

02

Water

Flow

Moving with change when you have to, without losing yourself along the way.

03

Earth

Strength

Discipline and a solid foundation. Standing up for what you believe.

04

Air

Freedom

Space and perspective. Looking further than whatever the crowd is shouting.

Mother nature

Mother earth is a living organism.
The only constant is change.

The earth breathes, recovers and adapts. She keeps evolving, every single day, and nothing ever stays exactly as it was. That is not something to fight, it is how life works.

We are part of that. Sun, water, food from the soil, movement, rest and rhythm do more to a person than we tend to think. For a lot of people nature is a healing force, not a backdrop.

Constant change is not the end of stability. It is where stability comes from.

Rhythm

Light, seasons and sleep. Your body listens to the clock outside, even when you ignore it.

Recovery

A body wants to heal when it gets the chance. Rest, time and space are not a luxury.

Food

What comes out of the ground does something different than what comes out of a factory. Keeping it simple usually works best.

Being outside

Walking, cold water, bare feet in the grass. Sounds small, does a lot.

Why we exist

No oppression. No control.
Just self-ownership.

NVCCNTD came out of an intense time in which people were turned against each other. What stayed behind is a simple idea: you decide about your own body, your own choices and your own direction.

We sell nothing here. We explain where the name comes from, what that attitude means, and why taking charge of your own life suddenly mattered so much to so many people.

No blind following. Think for yourself.

Against

  • Control through power
  • Systems that keep people small

Timeline

How we got here

  1. 2020

    The beginning

Overnight, daily life looks different. Certainties fall away and the questions pile up.

  2. 2021

    The divide

Positions harden. At kitchen tables, in friend groups and at work, people end up on opposite sides.

  3. 2022

    The aftermath

The measures fade away. The distrust and the scars simply stay with a lot of people.

  4. Now

    The way of living

What remains is not a battle cry but an attitude. Think for yourself, live healthy and stay at the wheel.

Pillars

What this is about and what it isn't

Body

Train it, recover it, respect it. Your body is the one thing you carry with you your whole life.

Mind

Weigh information yourself, compare sources and dare to change your mind. Critical thinking is something you can learn.

Freedom of choice

Decide about your own health and your own path. And give others that same space, even when they choose differently.

Connection

That period pushed people apart. Repair starts with talking instead of picking sides.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

What does NVCCNTD stand for?+

It's a stylised spelling of 'unvaccinated'. The name points back to the COVID period, but the meaning is broader: think for yourself and carry your own responsibility.

Is this medical advice?+

No. NVCCNTD gives no medical advice and is not a medical source. If you have health questions, see a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

Why a holistic view?+

Because it helps to look at the whole person instead of only the symptom. Find out where something comes from, adjust your lifestyle and stop putting endless band-aids on it.

Is this against people who did get vaccinated?+

No. This is about freedom of choice, not about picking sides. Everyone decides for themselves and that is exactly the point.

What can you do here?+

Read, recognise and think along. This is an informational site about self-ownership, health and critical thinking.
